Recently a new triathlon club in the Lake Geneva region was launched. It is called 3B triathlon club and you will find it under the following address: http://threebee.ning.com. The idea is to have a club for everybody who is interested in the triathlon sport but who does not want to race every single weekend. So in the club you will find almost professionals but also people that just like socializing or riding their bikes!

I just exchanged sereval e-mails with Thomas and realized that I can write a small post about my life here in France.

I'm doing fine. I more or less insalled in Gif sur Yvette (40min from Paris near Saclay
plateau). I had to do a lot of biking around. Since monday I did about 130-140km just
doing some shopping going hotel-post office-work and back :) The distances here are quite

if you are interested in understanding why it is important to take a really good rest after a marathon race, just check out the data of my latest performance test and compare it with the data of my first performance test. You can see that lacate is much higher at lower efforts than last time!
